Prepare to calibrate by finding where your 3rd tone is and where your 1st tone is.
Step 1: Click "Calibrate Voice Range" and allow microphone access
Step 2: Say "ahhh" at the same pitch as your 3rd tone for 2 seconds
Step 3: Say "eeeee" at the same pitch as your 1st tone for 2 seconds
